Change of Mind

We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully and feel free to contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if your item is:

  • Faulty or not of acceptable quality.
  • Significantly different from the description.
  • Unfit for its intended purpose.

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos of the faulty or damaged item.

We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, such as a refund, replacement, or repair, as required by law.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please email us at info@astrolychee.com with the following:

  • Your order number.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
  • Details and evidence of the issue (e.g., photos of the product).

We aim to respond to all requests within 2 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the product is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal).
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Digital products or downloadable content.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
  • Sale or clearance items unless they are faulty.
